We aim to provide standard shipping to all of our customers, within 2-4 days.
We want to ensure you receive your chocolate fresh out the mold, in pristine and shiny condition!
Of course, we cannot control the weather nor can we control the couriers who deliver your product. Therefore, whilst we do our best to properly package your chocolate and send it out at an appropriate time, we cannot guarantee that your chocolate will arrive as pristine as it looked when you bought it, and we do not accept responsibility for this. This is even more important if you live in a hot country.
However, we promise to do our best to ensure your chocolate arrives looking just as shiny and flawless, as it did when un-molded!
