We aim to ship your chocolates within 48 hours of receiving your order; however, orders may take 48-72 hours to ship depending on time of year. Please note, during peak holiday seasons shipping may be delayed based on the volume of orders we receive. We make every effort to ship orders promptly. Transit time does not include order process time.
Currently, our checkout only supports single addresses for shipping at checkout. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
If a big number of different addresses are needed, please send us an email and we can send you an invoice instead of placing an order online.

Store in a cool, dry place, at constant temperature ideally between 18-20C, out of direct sunlight.
If it’s changing a recipient name or adding a message, we’ll do our best to make that happen, as long as it gives us some time before the Ship Out moment. Once the order is packed and ready to be picked up from our facility, you will not be able to make any changes. We cannot offer any exchanges or returns since our products are perishable.
